Background: The current study expresses that most of the peoples were dependent on natural resources as compared to cultivated. Domestic animals play a vital role in development human civilization why plants are utilized remedy for variety domestic animals, addition humans. people District Malakand extremely correlated with therapeutic potential medicinal ethnoveterinary medicine. Methods: present was conducted from January 2015 December 2017 observing area and also collect plants. assessment observed deeply knowledge concerned traditional uses plant cure animal diseases. Animal diseases major constraint livestock owners; therefore, some strategies measures should be adopted near future. During stratified sampling carried using questioner interviewed followed by group discussion employed achieve goals. Results: represented has 76 species belonged 45 families. Amongst them one Pteridophyte family Pteridaceae, Gymnosperm Pinaceae, while rest 74 43 families Angiosperms. herbs dominant 40 (52.6 %), trees 22 (29.0 shrubs 14 (18.4 %). largest Fabaceae, Lamiaceae, Poaceae Solanaceae 5 each, second Rosaceae 4 species. third Apocynaceae, Amaryllidaceae, Brassicaceae, Malvaceae 3 each. A total thirty-three ailments treated different common constipation, intestinal worms, paralysis, broken bone, diuretic, diarrhea, indigestion, tympany, itching, jaundice. Conclusion: presented revealed production played an important inhabitants district.
